Fr. Karl Bergin is one of the recipients of this year’s Distinguished Pastor Award by the NCEA. This national award is given to honor a select group of pastors who have shown outstanding support to Catholic education. We could not be more proud and honored that Fr. Karl is amongst those selected. This award is a true tribute to his commitment and dedication to Catholic education here at Our Lady of Lourdes, as well as, Melbourne Central Catholic High School. Fr. Karl was formally recognized at the NCEA convention on April 7th. We are excited and overjoyed to be part of this extraordinary achievement with him. We are truly blessed as a school and parish community to have him as our spiritual leader. In our hearts, we feel no one deserves it more. Please join us in celebrating him for this great honor.
